Mobile Insight is a field force automation application that was borne out of our leadership team’s experience with managing our own teams in the field and the unique challenges that arise from that model. While our backgrounds are based in wireless and consumer electronics retail, the application for Mobile Insight is far-reaching into other channels and industries.
This web based software application currently resides on your GPS enabled device
to gather relevant field information for submission to a dedicated web portal in
real time. Information is then manipulated and mapped to the appropriate corporate
and/or field management for trend analysis, “what if” correlations, store visit
Mobile insight is powered by two applications. The Web Portal provides a hierarchy-
based dashboard for all users, serves as a starting point for drill-down reporting,
and gives access to many of the administrative functions of the tool.
The Handheld Application allows store visit forms to be completed, submitted,
